Fireworks can be a real problems for dog? learn tips on how to help your dog with it

It's that time of year again: the clocks have gone forward, it gets darker earlier and it is much, much colder. a great night out for some families, but for people with dogs can be nothing more than a source of fear and worry about your dog's fear of fireworks: Bonfire Night soon will be.
And it's never just one day! Your neighbors are planning fireworks parties all weekend, or naughty teens can set off rockets at the local park most nights of the week.So to help you enjoy the fireworks at night, and if your pooch is happy to be left alone in the high banging, buzzing and popping, together we have five tips for you:
1) Make a cave: Take your dog crate or bed and put them in a remote corner of the house, preferably something tight, warm and comfortable. Pad out with blankets, towels and covers. In this way, well insulated against noise. When the fireworks begin, distract him with a treat and lure him into the pit. Took him until he runs into the cave by himself. He learns to feel safe there, plus the padding will help to reduce noise.
2) Have some music: Put some relaxing classical music in the room where you leave your dog, just high enough to cover the sounds of the Pops. To ensure you do not silence, it will shatter not scare him and barking.
3) Get him tired: him for a great running before you go out. In this way he will be more inclined to settle down and sleep when you leave the house, instead of occupying himself barking at the fireworks started.
4) insensitive puppy: You can use the CDs of fireworks (and other) sounds you can play for your puppy at first he will bark, but keep reassuring him that the sounds are nothing to be afraid to keep the village of him. He will soon be used for fireworks sounds and they will not bother him. Remember: do not feed your dog if he makes a sound (even to distract or calm him) he will see it as a reward for barking!
5) Starchy foods: Control your dog and give him a reward for filling: mix his usual dinner of pasta and potatoes just before you go out. He will be treated in its fold, and soon feel bored and want to go for a snooze. You can bet that he just off to bed and sleep out of his food all night! Hint: do not overdo it otherwise he can gorge on his tasty treat too fast and too sick.
