What are your thoughts on taking your cat to work along with you

Work up a progressive, modern business? If so, you may be able to bring your pet to work. Typically, the policies that allow pets in the efforts to restrict the animal's weight or size, be sure to check with your human resources department first to avoid unpleasantness.

Before you try to bring your cat to work, I suggest you first ask around and talk with other pet owners you know who have participated in the program. Find out how well their cats handled the stress of driving in the car, and introduced to the new environment. Of course, your pet may not react the same way, but what you learn can help you plan your next steps.

I would also suggest that you ask what gear is needed to bring. Do you have food and dishes, and delivered at the office? Is there a litter tray or somewhere away from the agencies that cats can all use? How do you think your cat will react to a new environment rich with the scent of other animals?

There is probably a bit of excitement at first. Be sure to take a couple cat beds to ease the transition. Cat beds your pet will associate with something familiar and a degree of comfort and safety. Place cat beds in a rarely used corner of your desk or office. If you find a way to partially isolate them, it's great. As you know, cats like privacy and feel safest when they are closed in.

When choosing a cat bed you go, check out some of reversible and / or removable cushions and walled sides. That way you can stay on top of cleaning and surround your cat comfortable.
