What to do if your horse doesn't just want to go in a trailer

An exciting day for you, you with your horse, maybe a show or just a fun hack somewhere. All you do is go down to the barn, load your horse into the trailer. Or is it easy?
For some people this is easy just your horse up the ramp and box him / her driveway near the job done tie.
For other people this is where the nightmare begins when you had this problem, you know how it goes.
