How to find a good cattery

You may need to send your cat into a cattery when you go on vacation, or if you become ill and can not fit your cat. It's a good idea to research catteries in your local area to make sure you send your cattery at a place where they are cared for like a home away from home.
Comfort:
Would you want your cat to be comfortable while they are away from home. When you visit a cattery, you should consider whether your cat can bring a familiar blanket or sleeping basket to make them feel better. You should also see if the cattery itself looks clean and inviting for your cat to play in.
Integration:
If your cat is a solitary creature, and loves to play and romp with other dogs, you will want to consider the company will keep your cat. You should ensure that the cat's behavior is monitored and that your cat is safe while living away. Cats can often be in the territory, and do not want your cat to get into a scrap with a larger cat. You should always know how often cats mingle (if any) and how they are treated.
Cost:
Cattery costs can easily mount up, so you should consider what the costs are very important and cost is luxury for your cat while you are away. Good food and basic comforts are a must, but the cat and luxurious shampoo massages can be a little treat that they can go without. You will find that cattery vary wildly, so you should know what services your cat is enjoying, so you have to value for money.
Once you've done this research, you can send your cat on your favorite cattery in confidence knowing that they are still looked after. While your pet insurance may not pay fees for the cattery while you are away on vacation, your insurance policy may cover chronic cattery fees if you suddenly fall ill or taken to hospital. Your policy may cover 100 per week for the cattery fees a maximum cost of 1,000 for the entire duration of your illness. Your policy may not pay if hospital occurs due to an illness that is either known or foreseeable before cover for your pet starts.
