Fishing is one of the leadong hobby in U.S.

There are hundreds of thousands of hobbyists who fish in the U.S. This is clearly illustrated by the fact that over the years, the fish has always been one of the best selling pets that people buy when they visit their local pet shop. Moreover, a little bit of Internet research reveals thousands of aquarium clubs that draw their members together on a periodic basis to share thoughts and opinions about their love of fish. Fish is endlessly fascinating. Some species even mate for life and you will get years of enjoyment watching them as they grow old, have children and raise their families through the years.
It may seem that the fish would not be good friends, because you can not cuddle them or pet them. But just see the joy it brings to many. Furthermore, you do not have to take your pet fish out for walks. When you compare a fish rather than the more common kitten or puppy as a pet, fish are relatively inexpensive. Once you get past the initial cost of buying various tanks and tank accessories, filters, lights, etc., you will find that your basic costs are paid. No expensive trips to the vet, do not take your dog to the shelter when you have to leave town for a few days, and no replacement furniture that your pet has chewed and destroyed. Fish is one of the most low maintenance, but fun, pets, as you might have.
In fact, soon after the work of setting up your tank, you will find that you spend most of your time is not doing things for your pet while you are forced to wear, but to do things you really want to. You will find yourself in assessing a number of aquarium background, fussing over the perfect plants and rocks in stock your tank and watch the daily soap operas ideas unfold before your eyes. Over the coming weeks, you will find yourself slowly drawn into the secret underwater world of fish.
There are survivors in the water on the ground in over 500 million years, fish have evolved to be among the most efficient of these species. Mammals, but according to many researchers have not even appeared on the scene until at least 200 million years later. During the time the fish has always had to change and adapt to present circumstances - circumstances that have killed at least hardy species. This eternal evolvement has led to them being one of the most diverse species around. But now, after having survived so many centuries, it is ironic that the biggest threat to their continued survival, of course, man.
For most of the new fish hobbyists, to discover how to play with and enjoy fish, it means being familiar with a whole new vocabulary and a new way of viewing the world. We as people spend most of our time on earth. Yes, there is the random surfer dude freak or the Olympic bound swimmer who seems to spend most of their day on the water. But as more time they spend in the water, although they are only visitors in watery domain, the fish call home. Learn about the resources which one of the oldest animal species live, giving them a unique perspective on how the ecosystem of the world works.
