Does you cat keeps you awake at night?

"My cat was awake all night, full of energy and stopping me from getting a sleep. It's driving me crazy!
Most cats spend much of their time of the day sleeping, they want nothing more than finding a hot spot and enjoying a little nip.
The problem is that some cats are wide awake when night falls and are full of vitality and strength, if your cat is one that is broken sleep or even sleepless nights can make for you. And that's no joke, you need your sleep so you can be bright eyed and bushy tailed for work in the morning. You are embarrassed about the fact that more bleary eyed and yawning at your desk!
So, you are sharing your house with an angry cat, cat a secret agenda to provide you with sleep deprivation is torture? No, it's not really your cat's fault. In their natural state cats are nocturnal hunters, they stalk their late at night. Centuries ago, cats shot for human settlements where people are rodents. This arrangement is good for both parties, a good hunting for cats and people have had rodent problems solved for them.
Years later, the rodent problem is not so acute for men, but many found that they enjoyed the group of cats. Cats began to pet and people kept their pets fed cats, so no need for them to hunt for their food. But the hunting instinct remains with cats these days ... and so is the nocturnal instincts.
"OK, cats are naturally night, but I really need my sleep. What can I do?"
This problem affects almost all "just" cats because cats access to the outdoors via a pet door can slide overnight and enjoy their hunting instincts. But you can have many reasons why you prefer to keep your cat indoors.
Play with your cat? You have to play is fun for both you and your cat and helps increase the bond between you two.
If your cat at night is causing you to lose energy trying a play session with your cat just before going to bed to sleep, it can only tire your cat so he or she is not so active.
Involve interactive cat toys and pole-type toy mouse on a string race, roll the ball for your cat to chase. Do not overdo the goal is not to consume your cat, but get rid of excess energy. At first your cat may only be interested in playing a few minutes, that's okay to try playing a bit longer the next night.
Your cat play energy represents the energy of a hunting cat will spend, and at the end of a yacht, the success of yet, have a meal. So feed your cat a small meal after the play session. This way you can recreate your cat's natural nocturnal habits and it just may mean he or she is a little less active at night.
Not expect it to work, you must patiently keep trying, good luck.
