Cats and Excercises

It is no secret that exercise is one of the key ingredients to a long and healthy life, and it also applies to our pets. Unlike humans, cats do not need 20 minutes of aerobic exercise 3 times a week to keep fit. Nor is it necessary to have gone several times a day like dogs, but they need to lead an active life. It is a challenge not only for ourselves but also our furry pet cat to get off the couch and engage in a kind of cat's fitness pulse rise and give a good workout.
Outdoor cats get all the exercise they need, exploring, chasing leaves, birds, flying insects, climb trees and be themselves, just curious, persecution and attacks pretend or real late which includes scratching, digging, requirements, and climbing . There are rare "fat cats" ever found to enjoy the outdoors.
"Cat Obesity" is more a concern with internal Cats, but they can also be healthy and content, provided that they can exercise in other ways. It helps to overcome boredom and discourage develop behavioral problems, especially for those who spend much of their time alone or do not receive a lot of one on one "attention".
Enrich your cat's life, and they will enrich you. Keep them entertained with lots of toys to play with, exercise equipment, and high places to rest. You will than have a very happy, contented cat fit.
